Michael Scott – Founder, Managing Director and Board Member

Responsible for the overall development and governance of the Group, Michael holds a degree in Business Development. He has been involved within the manufacturing and warehousing industry for over 15 years.

Gavin Van Heerden – Operations Manager (Logistics)

With several Warehousing and Logistic qualifications, Gavin also has over 20 years’ hands-on Operations Management experience managing over 60 staff and 40 clients.

Harpreet Singh – Operations Manager (Industrial)

Happy (Harpreet) is Vault Groups longest serving employee, with an array of skills developed over the course of his employment with Vault Group, happy is Vaults most experienced staff member. Happy holds qualifications in business management and has over 10 years’ experience in machine operations and maintenance.

Mark Scott – Account Manager

As part of the management team, Mark successfully oversees and manages multiple devanning sites. Working towards a degree in IT, Mark manages the Vault Group’s IT system. He also heads up Vault Group’s quality control section, developing and training staff according to our company’s ethos.

Lomiga Reupena – Operations Coordinator

Lomiga started with Vault in 2015 and since then he has developed the right skills needed to manage both daily workloads and the implementation of several service regions.
